>> Create a filter ; ( src dst IP ) + save it

Monitor > Alerts & Alarms > Alert Definitions  workspace
>> create an Alert policy ( + use the previous filter )

Monitor > Alerts & Alarms > Alert 
>> look at the Alarm that has been created
