1- In the core: 

  • MPLS enable on core interfaces
  • LDP enable on core interfaces:  to create MPLS LSP ( or RSVP for LDP over RSVP )
  • extended LDP session ( targeted-LDP for Alcatel/Nokia )  enable on l0.0 interface
  • Single IGP domain ( BGP or RVSP not needed )
