command for syslog:

set system syslog file messages structured-data  < brief >

brief:    Omit English-language text from end of logged message

explicit-priority statement 

ignore if structured-data  use ( to follow RFC5424 ) 

set system syslog file messages explicit-priority

Include priority and facility in messages

time-format statement 

ignore if structured-data  use ( to follow RFC5424 )
