enable TFTP and enable firewall on Windows


1- open the server window
2- select the service
3- select the Root directory
4- start the process
5- test on the local server ( with the tiny file
6- enable the firewall on windows	https://www.webservertalk.com/setup-configure-tftp-on-windows-10/ >>> All connection, Public [ Optional in this case private , Domain ]
( also could allow SSH in windows )	Windows defender firewall
7- test on a remote machine
