4- Create a freeradius vagrant Box

1- Download the folder to 

https://github.com/buonzz/vagrant-freeRADIUS

Copy to    C:\Users\jkriker\Documents\vagrant\

2- Start the vagrant Box

in a cmd.exe do a change directory to   C:\Users\jkriker\Documents\vagrant\

vagrant up
