1- modify the bootstrap.sh file

# jlk modif
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
# end of jlk modif



2- change the name of the directory : daloradius-0.9-9 to  only daloradius 

The run the vagrant provision ( if the vagrant up has failed )
