Create a VM on vSphere Client ( not vCenter ;-)

1- click on the vSPhere CLient Icon ( for ESXi 5.5.0 , 6.0 a web client is available ) 

2- upload the iso image ( if not already in the Datastore)

3- create an VLAN ( if needed )

4- Create an VM
