Issue

	ESX ignores GARP when both HA nodes are running on the same hypervisor host
Solution	VMWare (bridge/interface configs):
	1- use different ESXi or ESXi blade ( use dSwitch using vCenter to manage ESXi ))
	2- vSwitch passthru
	3- Promiscuous mode -> accept
	Mac learning: true (configured via CLI)
	MAC address changes: accept
	Forged transmits accept
